Welding flux SJ101 is a kind of fluoride-alkaline-type slag-serial sintered flux,mesh 10-60(2.0-0.3mm).It has great capacity of sulphur removal,phosphor removal and anti-rust.The technology has good performance,easy to deslag and with fine appeaeance of weld,even in the narrow gap of deep slope entrance.The metal welding seam has good plasto-toughness,with low diffution of hydrogen and fine cold and heat crack resistance.

Typical Application :With a variety of low alloy structural steel, for example bridge, wind tower and wing powder welding, boiler, pressure vessel etc,with high impact toughness at low temperature .

Attention: 1)Before welding, fluxes should be baked for two hours at 300-350°C. 2)Removal of rust, oil, dirt, water, impurities, etc in welding-areas.
