Features
SJ501 is kind of aluminum-titanium-type sintered flux.
1. BIIW is between 0.5 and 0.8. The mesh is 10-40 (2.0-0.45mm).
2. Either alternating or direct current can be used.
3. It has high rust resistance and the slag is easy to drop after welding.
4. The welding bead is smooth and the welding technology has excellent performance.
Application
When applied to various welding wires, such as AWS EL12 (LINCOLN L60), AWS EM12K (LINCOLN L-61), it can weld Low-carbon steels, Low alloy steels and pressure vessels. It is also fit for fast welding of thin steel
sheet like gas steel tanks and membrane water- cooled wall in boiler factory.
